With Video Review. Asking $1495 + shipping for one EXCELLENT playing Bb trumpet. Very light lacquer wear in a few places, and I can feel a few mute dings, but overall this trumpet is in very good condition. Slides and valves are simply top tier. A second leadpipe is offered; details and specs are in a paragraph below. And the tone this trumpet puts out... You can spend twice this price and not have a horn with near this sound quality.
A video review of this trumpet may be found at the "More Info" link below. I play a nice Yamaha Xeno 8335 in the video also; if you go to the bottom of the comment's area, you can click only on the Edwards sections of play. Or listen and contrast this great Edwards to a great Yamaha Xeno sound.
Specs: The bell is a 2XM20 (large throat, 5 1/8" flare), yellow brass (70% copper/30% zinc). I believe the '2' signifies a special order, heavier gauge metal. The leadpipes are a D2 (.343") and D4 (.351").
