For sale is a B&S Challenger II 3131/2 piccolo trumpet in Bb / A in silver plate. SN: 150391
The instrument is in excellent condition with no dents, damage, or repair history and silver plating is in excellent condition.
Equipped with one Blackburn "A" P-4 leadpipe, (aftermarket) and one "A" leadpipe and two Bb leadpipes which are stock from B&S.
Valve alignment by Scott Sweeney of Sweeney Brass in Raleigh, NC.
This instrument is visually similar to a Schilke P5-4 however it has a more rich tone quality. It plays somewhat open and freeblowing, with a sound that is appropriate for a wide variety of musical situations. It is equipped with a third valve slide trigger to facilitate excellent intonation.
The instrument will be professionally packed and shipped by Sweeney Brass.
