This is a Bach Stradivarius Large Bore C trumpet. It has a 239 Bell and a 25C leadpipe. It has factory gold plating and extensive bell engraving. Likely this was a special order from Bach, due to the extra engraving and heavy gold plating. The plating shows some signs of wear but overall is in very good condition. Gold plating is applied over silver plating, so underneath the gold is a heavy plating of silver.
The valves have excellent compression and smooth action, and the slides all move freely.
