Dear friends,
On December 2010 I sold here on the marketplace a mouthpiece for 80 dollars + 12 of shipment. Total 92 USD.
He confirmed the purchase and gave me the shipping address.
That day I was in the postal office for other things and I had the mouthpiece with me and decided to send it.
I told to myself that for a such ridiculous amount of money no gentlemen members of this forum would have tried to steal my money.
I wasn't right, he has not paid any money always promising and postponing the payment. I sent several Pay Pal requests and discounted the shipping cost. So now I'm asking 80 dollars. And still doesn't pay.
I have name, telephone number and address of this gentleman.
I'm in touch with the Police Department which has received all the personal information of this real gentleman.
I need someone who lives in Columbus and can help me to get back my mouthpiece at least.
Do you have any suggestion? Can you help me in any way, I would appreciate it very much...
I can provide all the personal information regarding this good boy in private.
even if I think that a name and address of a thief should be always published for the benefit of the community.
Thank you all!

If the facts are the facts and it is that cut and dry, then you should post the TH username at least. _________________ Larry Woods

As you know the party has received the merchandise, but is unwilling to pay for it....you should PUBLISH HIS TH NAME TO PROTECT YOUR FELLOW TH MEMBERS.
He could be pulling the same scam on others. By not telling your TH friends who the person is, you are helping others to be defrauded.
Best wishes,
Lloyd |

Hi,
The music community is statistically very small, and folks know other folks.
Please do what Paul suggested down here in Georgia. IIRC, Paul performs in that city's orchestra and folks down in Columbus will surely know someone who knows that guy. The right connection/contact person can convince the deadbeat to pay probably. |
