| Here is a 1958 Bach Stradivarius 37 Mt. Vernon, improved by Charlie Melk. The bell, valve casings and tuning slides are all original lacquer. Charlie installed his replica Mt Vernon 25 leadpipe and new upper and lower tubing before and after the tuning slide. He also did a precision valve alignment and installed a first valve slide ring. Valves have great compression and feel great. It plays wonderfully and has a gorgeous sound. It’s a medium bore which contributes to ease of playability. I will include the original case (in great condition), the original leadpipe and tubing, AND I’ll throw in an original Mt. Vernon 3C. Shop card is pictured. I’m asking $3,500 plus shipping.
