Here's one in a series of instructionals from the 215th U.S. Army Band. They're very well done. You'll find the rest on YouTube as well.

Those videos are actually made by the U.S. Army Field Band based in Fort Meade, MD. The 215th Army Band is another band out of Massachusetts. _________________ My site | Jerseyband |

No wonder the Army is stretched so thin these days. 215 bands is a lot of soldiers. _________________ Jim Hatfield

I would tend to agree with kalijah.
Well organized, well meaning and typically military. |

Which myth?
Relaxed breath?
Open throat?
Unrestricted inhale?
Playing with a relaxed, full sound?
Focus on an open sound?
Long tones?
Lips should be free to vibrate?
Clarke Studies?
Chromatics?
Lip slurs?
Top Tones?
Always make a beautiful sound?
Sound quality should be the same in all ranges?
I guess that you must be a pedal-hater.
Low notes = High notes is a bit of a simplification. _________________ Either is fine. My chops always feel great
