Seems only fitting on this sad day of the Queen's passing to share some of our favorite versions of this anthem we will not hear with the same words in the next three generations. In addition to the anthem,
her reign has left us with countless amazing works of national tribute, religious celebration and military pageant that showcase the instrument. Her majesty certainly appreciated the trumpet, and the effect it could have on an audience when properly used - and she deployed trumpets a LOT.
