|
|
I know this is a trumpet forum, but since valve trombones are often considered instruments for trumpet doublers, I figured there might be some expertise.
I know of the Miraphone rotary valve four valve trombones but in this video
https://youtu.be/bcCL1aNPRNg?t=186
Enrique Crespo plays a four valve piston trombone.
Does anyone know what make/model this is?
Obviously, this wonderful sound is not just due to the instrument but to a great player, but I am interested in this instrument. _________________ Bb: Schilke X3L AS, Yamaha YTR-6335S

Yes, the sound of this alto valve trombone is wonderful played like that.
After watching this video, I tried to find a valved alto tb but did not find anything else that a Dimavery one (3 valves)...Obviously not in the same league!
So I am very interested by this thread: I dream of this horn. _________________ S’il n’en reste qu’un je serai celui là (Victor Hugo)
