I tested the stomvi elite and I liked it. I want ordered its grand sister the Titan (beacause all explain that is greater of elite) but it is very difficult to test it.
I looking for information concerning the size of bell and the bach equivalence.
Do you know the bach équivalant to 25 and 27 bell?

Both horns have a 4.88” 27 bell (according to Stomvi’s site)… My understanding is it’s equivalent to a Bach 72. I believe Stomvi’s 25 is the Bach 37 counterpart. The #3 lead pipe pairs better with a copper or silver 27 bell (for me). I love my Stomvi trumpets and very highly recommend them!

I looking for a dealer who have a master for test différents configuration.
My dealer advise me a leapipe #3 and bell 25 bedflex for more versatility. And add if I want clapper for darken song ( the song will be some similar to 27 bell)

My Stomvi’s are too old for piston clappers without adding threads. I have maxi clappers for Bb, C and Eb, and I don’t think they really darken the sound… the point of adding clappers is to increase the harmonics (usually higher harmonics) to create more tonal colors and dynamic range. For me, it’s like an explosion of sound for less effort. A 3/25 combo may work great for what you want out of the horn. It’s a large investment to make on a horn you don’t know if you’ll like.
