Hello - this is a bit of a long shot but I'm hoping to identify a marching band's tune as heard on this You Tube clip (below). The audio is a field recording made in Mexico in 1985 but I'm hoping it is a standard of marching bands internationally and therefore may be familiar to someone who has played brass in marching bands, or indeed is a fan of marching brass bands. The audio appeared on a UK band's album as an extended sample and absolutely doesn't represent their usual (industrial) music! If you were to Shazam it, the result would not reveal the original music, which was a live event.
I may be off the mark in pitching the question in this forum in which case perhaps you are a member of another forum where this kind of tune ID goes on... or indeed have any other ideas how I may source it.

Not much to identify in the clip other than a plethora of percussion and some counter point instruments.
There is hardly any detectable melody. |
