I see where some companies like The Brasswind offer two week trials on Bach leadpipes. Wouldn't they have to be soldered to your horn to test them correctlyand if so, how could they take them back? What am I missing here? |

Compare by taping the prospects to your existing leadpipe. Keep the winner to be installed permanently and send the also-rans back.

Do you mean actually tape the trial pipe along side the original and play it? Seems as though even the slightest pressure would push it forward causing problems. |
