Thank you very much for posting that great video. Great trumpet player and great person. Got to meet him a few times and study with his teachers at IU. Really enjoyed watching this interview. I completely agree _________________ 1950 Martin Committee Deluxe

A great interview and really insightful into a real artist. Like Bill Adam said he is not only a great player but a great guy as well. He seems very clear on what he can do and what he can't do. He is so right about Wynton being a master of the instrument. He also right about the need to put in the time to be great at the instrument or anything for that matter. Most of us can remember people we grew up with who were immensely talented but never went anywhere. Almost always it was because they weren't willing to work hard enough to be the best they could be.
Thanks for the link!

Miller made a lot of money on lite beer.
I think what he does, he does very well. He seems to know what he is, and what he ain't. Comes across as quite humble for a guy with that kind of success. |

The look on Chris's face when Mr. Adam came on was priceless. They both have so much class! |

I'm not a huge fan of his music, but the dude plays the hell out of the trumpet and i've seen a bunch of interviews recently and I gotta say he seems like a really likable, down to earth guy. You can tell he has a great work ethic. Much respect: keep doin' yo thang Botti! _________________ http://www.JonCrowleyMusic.com
