Has anyone here ever built a natural trumpet? I would like to build one, but do not know where to get the brass tubing. Plumbling supply stores usually only carry copper tubing. Any infor would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Baroque trumpets are copper. At least my teacher's horn is. _________________ "All music is folk music. I ain't never heard no horse sing no song." - Louis Armstrong |

Check out Ralph Jones' Brass Resources. There is a link to a workshop at IU from a few years back on how to build a natural trumpet. These guys did it right. Lots of pictures. Better have a torch.
